Fire-Rated Steel Doors in Wooden Finish

Description

Our Fire-Rated Steel Doors in Wooden Finish are engineered using a rigid structural system to meet stringent performance and safety standards. Designed for reliable fire protection, these doors combine the strength of steel with the aesthetic appeal of a natural wood finish, making them suitable for spaces where both safety and appearance matter.

The door panels are insulated with high-quality glass wool or bentonite-based fire-resistant material to achieve the required fire rating. Fire resistance options are designed to meet specified performance standards while maintaining structural integrity under extreme conditions.

Although constructed entirely from steel, these doors feature a premium wooden finish that replicates the look of real wood. This allows them to blend seamlessly into residential and interior environments while offering the durability and fire resistance of steel.

Doors and frames are fabricated from built-up profiles using hot-rolled or imported CRC GI-grade steel. The door leaf features a box-type construction with a standard thickness of 1¼″, incorporating U-shaped internal profiles spot-welded between steel sheets and finished with a plain, smooth outer surface.

The complete system undergoes a strict Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) process in accordance with standard engineering procedures, with certification available upon request. Surface preparation includes degreasing, de-rusting, and phosphating through a nine-tank treatment process to ensure superior corrosion resistance.

All doors are finished with a durable baked enamel powder coating, cured at 150°C, and carefully packed in protective polythene sheets to prevent damage during transportation. Sizes are manufactured as per customer requirements and are suitable for domestic use.
