Our Humble Origins:
Gujrat Steel Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1948, by our founder, Mr. Muhammad Jamaluddin, which makes us one of the oldest and most prestigious steel fabricators in the country today. Our founder noticed a need for safes in the new country after partition when he visited a bank in Karachi one day where he noticed that all the cash and other valuables were being stored in trunks and cupboards. He realised there was a big need for safes and vaults in the new country as storing valuables in trunks wasn’t secure enough. He also realised that the solution had to be affordable, yet durable so that it would last through decades.
After thinking for a few days on the issue, researching on the possible solutions and experimenting with different techniques and procedures, Mr Jamaluddin came up with an idea to build a safe to store valuables. Initially he set up a small workshop in Saddar, Karachi, to manufacture a few beautiful, durable and affordable safes for close friends and family.

Now, over seventy years later, we are a titan in the field of industrial and private steel goods manufacturing and fabrication, with four strong brands and a reputation for quality that continues to raise the bar for our competitors.

Our products are fitted with imported digital and combination locks. The Tejori Safes and Security Equipment Range covers the following items:
- Armoured Series: This series provides the best security as it is made out of imported armoured steel plates. This range is gas-welding resistant which means that thieves won’t be able to cut your safe open. This series is fire resistant for upto 6 hours.
- Warrior Security: This series also provides good security as it is made out of high tensile imported steel plates. This range is fire resistant for upto 3 hours.
- Protector Series: This series is our low-budget range. Made out of imported steel sheets, this range is fire resistant for up to 45 minutes.
