Upgradation of manufacturing plant is mandatory for enhancing the performance and efficiency facility. Gujrat Steel invests in enhancement of its plants for operational excellence and cost competitiveness.

At present, our manufacturing set up has contemporary paint shop having both oven baked painting and powder coating facilities complemented with pre-treatment arrangements. Also, specialized facilities of machine shop, tool and die making, repairing, quality testing and inspection also exist.

Our aim is to establish the best production and work practices in our manufacturing plants, supply chain management and transportation service for optimization of customer services.

Our Research and Development department constantly strives to keep an eye on new demand of the customers; ensuring that we address their needs proactively.

Auto CAD design facilities are implemented in Research and Development section so that researches are conducted frequently. The purpose of these activities is that cutting-edge product and manufacturing technology is developed – adding value to our customer’s life. Moreover, the focus is on improving steel product’s sustainability through their life cycles.
